Data we process
We process only the data needed for dental tele-expertise: resident identity, request reason, oral photographs, and the practitioner's opinion. No data is reused for any other purpose.
Hosting in France (HDS)
Health data is hosted in France with a certified Health Data Host (Hébergeur de Données de Santé), in line with applicable regulations.
Security
Sensitive fields are encrypted (AES-256), every access to a record is logged, and each professional sees only the records that concern them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, the resident or their representative may request:
- access to their data and its correction,
- erasure of their data,
- restriction of, or objection to, processing.
